NAIL TECHNICIAN
Nail technology is a specialized field of cosmetology that focuses on the care and treatment of nails, including manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail applications.

At Valynn, students will learn various techniques for nail care, such as shaping, filing, and polishing nails, as well as applying for acrylic or gel nail extensions. In addition, you will learn to identify and treat common nail and skin disorders, while learning to use different nail care products and tools.

Nail techs learn proper sanitation and safety practices, client communication, and business management skills for those who want to operate their own nail salon or work as freelance nail technicians.
Overall, you will be taught the skills necessary to become a professional nail technician and offer a range of services related to nail care and maintenance.
Nail Technician State Board Exam
